Responsible for the Training Directorate which is comprised of the Primary, Advanced, Basic Warfighter Skills, USAF-SUPT-H, and Academics with a combined workforce of over 445 personnel.  She oversees the training of approximately 1500 flight students per year.   She insures all training is conducted within contractual specifications and allowable quality levels.  She interfaces daily with key government personnel on all contractual issues.   Additionally functions as the Program Manager when required. 

Ms. Bailey has been with the flight training contract for over 22 years and is a former Army aviator with over 3,000 hours of flight time.
