The Director of Safety manages the Company Safety Program and the Primary Division Safety Program including flight and ground operations. He is directly responsible to the Contract Manager for instilling safety awareness in all employees and ensuring that the work force has a safe and healthy working environment. He performs continuous trend analysis using the Army’s model for composite risk management to identify areas of interest and recommended courses of action. He and his staff are the company safety subject matter experts  They advise and assist the Contract Manager and other Senior Managers in all matters concerning the safety of employees, company property and equipment.

Mr. Beaman has been with the flight training contract for 9 years holding various positions of increasing responsibility culminating as Director of Safety. He is a retired Master Army Aviator with over 30 years active military service. He has served as an Installation Aviation Standardization Officer, Standardization Instructor Pilot, Night Vision Devices Instructor Pilot and Aviation Safety Officer. He has over 40 years and 6,000 hours of experience in aviation and safety management.
