The Director of the USAF-SUPT-H Division provides overall day-to-day management of the USAF-SUPT-H flight program to include training and performance of the contact and instrument flight instruction, the training and performance of academic instruction and supervision of the training support and administrative functions. He is the direct interface with the USAF Commander, 23rd Flying Training Squadron.

Mr. Cutrell has been with the flight training contract for over 17 years and is a former Army aviator with 8,000 hours of flight time.
