The Director of the Primary Division manages and implements the Initial Entry Rotary Wing (IERW) primary flight training program. He provides oversight for 8 training flights with a student population of approximately 208. Students are taken from basically “pedestrian” status to accomplished primary pilots in 8 weeks.

Mr. Price has over 18 years on the flight training contract and is a former Army aviator with 6,000 hours of flight time.
